Weekly Notices, Week 8 Term 3

12/09/2021

Tena Koutou,

We’ve been back at school for two days and things have seemed to go quite smoothly. Thank you all for helping us make the transition back to school. Children seemed to be very excited with their return to school and back to some normality for them. Just a quick reminder that children are to take all rubbish home in their lunches and that chromebooks need to be charged.

The children have been good with hand sanitizing and washing down of surfaces.

This week is Maori Language Week: "Kia kaha te Reo Māori" - Make the Māori language

strong. We will be doing some fun activities around Maori language.

The Virtual Assembly for this week if you didn't see it is Here .

Our library is on Wednesday, please remind your child to bring back their books.

Friday is ‘Wig Day’ please bring a wig and a gold coin donation all proceeds go towards Kids Cancer.

If your child is interested in any sport please enroll them to ensure they get on a team.

Kia pai to wiki,

Mrs. Dinniss and the Kahikatea Team

Here are some photos of our learning through play this week.
